Privacy
This page describes what this site does with data. It describes the software as it is actually built, not an intention.
The validator does not upload your register
When you validate a Register of Information, the file is read and checked by code running in your own browser. It is not uploaded, not stored on a server, and not transmitted anywhere.
This is enforced mechanically rather than by policy: the validation package is forbidden from using the network, the DOM or any Node API, and a lint rule fails the build if that boundary is breached.
There is no account, no cookie set by this site, and no third-party script on any page that accepts a file.
The contact form is the only thing that sends data
If you submit the contact form, your email address and your message are sent to this site’s server. Nothing else is collected, and a register file can never be attached to it.
Your submission is currently written to the server’s process log and to no other system. It is not forwarded to an email provider, a CRM or an analytics service.
Your IP address is used in memory to rate-limit submissions and is not written to a database.
No analytics and no tracking
This site loads no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no externally hosted script or font. Its Content-Security-Policy blocks requests to any other origin, so a third-party tracker could not load even if one were added by mistake.
Your rights
You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form, or reply to any message you have had from us.
Still to be published
The data controller’s legal identity, the retention period for contact submissions, and the supervisory authority for complaints are not yet stated on this page. They will be added before this service is offered commercially.
